Matter Matters is rooted in the research of coordinator Lars Spuybroek. It explores fundamental issues of form and space through the analysis of architectural elements, compositions and their use in creative problem solving. Course activities include the analysis of textile techniques (i.e. knitting, macramé, plaiting, felting, draping) and the design of an architectural proposition.
