play Life Pack

Life Pack is an interactive narrative game created using the Twine engine.  In the game, the player takes on the role of a protagonist packing for a “big move” from one apartment to another some distance away. There are a variety of objects scattered about for inspection as the player packs their chosen belongings. Each item has a personal history that describes its significance and associated memories.

The act of packing up one’s possessions is a mental and emotional crossroads between memories of the past and promises for the future. In Life Pack, you’ll have to make tough choices about what to take with you and what to leave behind. Once you’re ready to leave, the game will provide a summary of how the move has gone in the near future. The final story is constructed based on the items packed versus those left behind. How will your story turn out?
