CURRICULUM REDESIGN + COORDINATION
MATERIAL + DESIGN + FABRICATION
Fundamentals of Design and the Built Environment II explores the principles of design through a collaborative design-build project. One hundred first year architecture and industrial design students work in teams of four to define a design problem, explore the possibilities of material, explore multiple design solutions, and develop a design proposal from conception through full-size fabrication.
